Kay Schroeder

Kay joined the FBNP Board in April 2014 after being a longtime actor and director for the company. She became FBNP Board President May 2015. She brings over 15 years’ experience in project management and promotion. She is active in the Dubuque Community through her volunteer work with a variety of different organizations, including the Dubuque Arts and Cultural Commission, Dubuque Old House Enthusiasts, and Dubuque Arboretum & Botanical Gardens. Kay also works at Mercy One in Dubuque.
